At Qwikvideo, we strive to provide a seamless video creation experience for brands and individuals. If our services do not meet your expectations or our promises, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

Please read the details below carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Full Refund: If you cancel within the first 7 days of your monthly subscription, you are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
  • After 7 Days: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions after the first 7 days.

Yearly Subscriptions

  • Full Refund: If you cancel within the first month of your yearly subscription, you are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
  • After 1 Month: You can still cancel your yearly subscription. You will be charged for the elapsed months at the monthly subscription rate. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

Example: If you cancel a yearly plan after 4 months, you’ll be charged for 4 months at the monthly rate, and the rest will be refunded.

Free Tier and Trial Periods

The free tier and any trial periods are offered without charge. No refunds apply to these tiers.

2. Service Issues and Refunds

We aim to deliver a reliable experience, but if you encounter issues where our services fall short of what was promised:

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund if there is a technical failure preventing you from using core features or if service does not match the features described in the plan you subscribed to.
  • How to Request: Please contact us at ask@qwikvideo.co with details of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will review your request within 5 business days and offer a refund if the issue is confirmed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email Request: Send an email to ask@qwikvideo.co with the subject line: “Refund Request.”

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Email associated with your Qwikvideo account
  • Reason for the refund request
  • For service-related issues, provide details/screenshots if applicable

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Digital Wallets or Payment Gateways: 3–7 business days

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Account Violations: If your account was suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use.
  • Partial Usage: Refunds will not be issued for partial use of a subscription period beyond the eligible cancellation window.
  • Content Responsibility: Refunds will not be issued due to user errors, such as the use of copyrighted content without proper authorization.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Qwikvideo may update this Refund Policy periodically. When changes occur:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • The latest version will be available on this page.
