2. Eligibility

• Businesses, individuals, and anyone looking to create videos
• Our primary focus is small and medium brands with limited video marketing budgets

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free Tier and Trial Periods

• Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features.
• Trial Periods: We may provide trial periods for paid plans to encourage sign-ups.

4. Account Creation

To use Qwikvideo services, you must:

• Create an account using an email and a strong password (minimum of 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character)
• Alternatively, you can sign up using Google, Facebook, or Instagram via Single Sign-On (SSO)

User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Do not share your login information or grant others access to your account.

Account Suspension or Termination

• You violate these Terms or other platform policies.
• You engage in activities deemed illegal or unethical.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

• Ownership: You own the videos you create on Qwikvideo.
• User-Generated Content: Qwikvideo does not use your content for marketing or promotions without your explicit written consent.

Prohibited Content

You may not create or distribute:

• Adult or violent content
• Content that violates copyright laws (users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any third-party materials)

6. Pricing and Refunds

Pricing Structure

• Free Tier
• Paid Tiers: Two pricing plans available with monthly and yearly options.
• Custom Plans: Available for larger teams with specific needs.

Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available within the first week of a monthly subscription or the first month of a yearly subscription.
• For yearly subscriptions canceled after the first month, you will be charged for elapsed months at the monthly rate, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

Failed Payments or Subscription Expiry

• If a payment fails, you can retry to regain access to paid features.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. If a renewal payment fails, you’ll lose access to paid features but can access your content for 3 months.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, software, and assets on Qwikvideo are owned by Qwikvideo (operated by Barlas Creative Private Limited). Users may:

• Create and distribute videos using Qwikvideo assets, subject to applicable copyright laws.

Users may not:

• Distribute or claim ownership of Qwikvideo’s templates, software, or assets.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Platform Downtime and Errors

Qwikvideo strives to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Standard disclaimers regarding platform errors, downtime, or third-party issues apply.

Template and AI Content Accuracy

Qwikvideo templates and AI tools are provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy. Standard disclaimers for AI-generated content apply.

Limitation of Liability

Qwikvideo’s liability for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits or business disruptions) is limited in accordance with industry standards.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

• Data Privacy: We handle user data according to industry standards, ensuring maximum privacy protection.
• Third-Party Sharing: We do not share personal data with third parties. However, we may use aggregate data for marketing insights.

11. Governing Law
